Olympic Astronomical Society

September meeting update

We had a great meeting tonight.  Thank you to our friend, Bob Scott, from the Island County Astronomical Society for making a comet for us!   It was quite exciting and the finished product looks pretty good!  Cliff also gave talks about the constellations Norma and Serpens, as well as talking about what you can see with your telescope.  There are so many amazing objects up there to see with just your binoculars all the way up to large telescopes!  And Dr. F gave us another great lecture.

Congrats to Cliff for getting his award for the Two in a View Astronomical League program! What a great thing to be given this by the programs developer and coordinator, Bob Scott!

See you next month!
